Luxor Museum

 
 

The museum is situated between the Temples of Luxor and Karnak. It houses paranoiac relics from Luxor and the nearby areas. Mummification museum Its located opposite luxor temple  it is the only one of its kind in the world.  The monastery of El Shaieb

 
 

It is located about 5km from Luxor. The name of El Shaieb, means "The Old Man", this came from the appearance of the saint as a venerable old man. dates back to the 4 Th century b.c the monastery includes ancient church built according to the original Coptic architectural style with its magnificent 32 domes out of mud brick its amazing they still survive
